One year

Every paddle carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the delivery date. Register nothing; the order record is the proof of purchase.

What counts as a defect

• Delamination of the carbon face from the core.
• Edge guard separating from the paddle body.
• A core that goes soft or rattles under normal play.
• Handle wrap lifting at the seam.

What does not

Normal wear: face texture smoothing over a season, grip wear, cosmetic scuffs. Impact damage from anything other than a ball. Paddles that have been sanded, re-weighted, re-painted or otherwise modified.

Making a claim

Send photographs of the defect and your order number through the contact form. Approved claims are replaced, not repaired, and we cover shipping in both directions.
