Shipping

Cost

Orders over $75 ship free. Below that, flat-rate shipping is $6.95. The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal before tax.

Timing

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Standard delivery runs 3–5 business days; we do not currently offer an expedited option.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned. If it has been more than two business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, contact us and we will chase it.

Where we ship

Continental United States only at launch. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are not yet supported.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and the contents before you do anything else, then send them to us. Replacements for transit damage ship the same day and we cover the return label.
