Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it, and we may decline one — a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, an address we cannot deliver to. If we decline, you are not charged.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout by destination. We will not run a discount against an inflated list price; the number on the page is the number.

Product information

We publish the specifications the manufacturer publishes. Comparison figures for other brands are drawn from their own published material and are provided for information, not as a claim about their products.

Liability

Pickleball is a physical sport and equipment does not remove that risk. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the company is registered.
