Play it for 30 days

Take the set on court. If it is not better than what you are using, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Used is fine

A returned paddle does not need to be in resale condition. Court scuffs on the edge guard and a worn grip are the expected result of actually testing it, and they will not affect your refund.

How to start one

• Message us with your order number.
• We email a prepaid return label the same business day.
• Drop the box at any carrier location.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the return being scanned in. Your bank may take a further few days to post it.

What is not covered

Returns opened after 30 days, and paddles damaged by something other than play — a car door, a closing gate, a deliberate throw. Manufacturing defects are handled under the warranty instead, and that runs for a year.
