What we collect

What an order needs and nothing beyond it: name, email, shipping address and the line items you bought. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach our servers.

Why we hold it

To ship the order, to handle a return or warranty claim, and to email you about that order. If you join the newsletter we will also email you about products; that is a separate consent and one unsubscribe click ends it.

Who else sees it

The carrier gets the address. The payment processor gets the payment. The email provider gets the email address. Nobody else, and we do not sell customer data.

Cookies

The cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It is not transmitted anywhere until you check out.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form. We action both within 30 days.
